Recruitment: criticism and pride

Recruitment is probably one of the most critical issues that several companies have faced in recent years: on the one hand the growing need to hire personnel with specific technical skills, on the other hand the lack of candidates who could meet these requirements.

Several factors have contributed to this recent shortage of skills: a very fast technological development, training that unfortunately is unable to evolve at the same speed, rapid cultural change, the aging of the workforce, a significant emigration of young talents…

At BENERI we also faced this unexpected challenge, right in the post-pandemic time. The period 2020 - 2023 was not easy and we experienced moments of failures and discouragement: 30 profiles were tested for 19 new hires in the period.

Now we can finally tell all this with pride: we have created a very strong team and we hope to share years full of work and satisfaction with the new entries, as it has been up to now with all our faithful workers.

Today BENERI has 76 people. 42% of them have been in our team for over 20 years and this is a reason for great satisfaction and gratitude.
